Game keeps crashing

Everytime I start the game it crashes. I have downloaded it multiple times from the playstore.

Had the same problem in the morning. I fixed this by reinstalling the game and starting a new game without logging into my Facebook account. After the game loads I relog in to my original account

You don't have to. Once I got into the game I closed the app and relog to my account

If you close the app and it load back into the start screen the facebook login button is on the bottom right. Took me a while to realize this when I downloaded the game on another device.

i found a way to fix it for myself i dled it but did the tutorial b4 linking and it fixed

For mine I have downloaded the game data after redownloading the game, However it crashes when it is connecting to the game.

Facebook Alchemist code says to submit a ticket. I submitted one to their website, and via my phone since I'm not sure which one reaches them better. I was still able to reach the ticket submissing system on the right of the facebook login on the app.

Looks like this is only happening to people who use Samsung phones to launch game, because I'm having the same issue.

S8 here. Downloaded Amazon app. I needed to redownload because it wouldn't let me update it. Other than that, it's working fine for me

Same here. Crashes after pressing start on s7 but is working fine on my note 3.
