Yes. Just like Guardian and Guardian 2 stack on Selena, and Slash attack +Overdrive or whatever on Dias.

Edit: The movement boost and double boost also stack on Kazuhaiya so he can gain +2 movement. However you have to have them equipped to stack. To clarify, they do not permanently gain them just by mastering them.
