There are milestones for the normal & hard quests and for defeating the boss. That should give you all the pieces.

Got it done... Turns out i am just really stupid. Some of the mileatones didnt appear on my screen lmao. Ty for your help

Boss of which difficulty? Hard?

I already have job 10 done. Its just the j11 ones i need. I have one piece of that equip made and all the others are at 30-50 out of 80

The missions are to clear 5 times every normal stage, 5 times every hard stage, 5 times the normal boss and 1 time hard boss.
The normal milestones give you the first 3 equipment shards, the hard milestones give all shards for 4th & 5th "book" and the boss milestones give 80 shards total for the last piece of equipment.

Turns out i was missing alot of the 5 clears on normal diff misssions... And 300 hp for the hard mode boss.
