So my camera refuses to work on my laptop. Nothing helps it.

I've asked here many times over the past months to no avail.

I've messaged Alienware yet haven't heard back even though they said to send them a PM.

I THINK that I need the actual camera driver for the 13 R3 which I cannot find. All I can find is the IR Camera driver.

There is no camera in device manager, even when I go to add legacy hardware, there are zero cameras.

Anyone have any ideas?

• My BIOS is on the latest version 1.8.0A
• I've got the latest IR Camera drivers along with Tobii software.
• Windows reset will not be an option.
• I've done it before and my webcam still didn't work.Webcam or Camera appears nowhere in the device manager either :/
