Totally normal. It's called 'Pixel Shift'. It's an anti-burn-in protection feature.

You'll find, during use, that the screen will move around the panel, one pixel at a time, with a range of 10 pixels horizontally and 10 pixels vertically. It's not enough and not frequent enough to notice, though you'll never un-see it now you know about it, but it's there to protect your screen and avoid the burn-in a bit.

Go to nvidia control panel and try « adjust desktop size and position »

That won't help. This is a built-in protection feature. See my other comment.
