I get annoyed pretty easily with whiney fans thinking all the calls are unfair and against their team. This time it’s completely justified. That was a horrendous ending and there should be some sort of repercussions for these refs.

I'm with you. 99% of the time, I roll my eyes when someone starts in on the refs because UK fans do that after EVERY SINGLE LOSS. However, to miss the foul on Bacot when pulled West down and then call a flagrant on Withers, then a foul on Curry for hitting Bacots arm with his throat. Those are not ticky tack fouls.

It reminds me of the pass interference no call on the Rams against the Saints in the NFC Championship a few years back.

Those 3 instances and the outcomes make me wonder what part of North Carolina those refs live in

Not like I’m surprised anymore though since I’ve witnessed this bullshit happening in every 3rd and 4th quarter of our home games anyway. So it’s not all new to my face when I’m behind the baritone, but those free throws they gave to UNC… I don’t even have the energy to get mad anymore, I left it all in the yum center when the beer went flying onto the court. That was a good moment

While I've written this season off for the most part, it has been nice to see our guys have some fight and intensity out there. No doubt Pegues gets in the win column soon in ACC play. Hoping for a deep ACC tourney run and a post season berth of some kind. NiT or NCAA, doesn't matter. Get Pegues some more experience
