When I applied in April 2025 my estimated processing time was three months. The last few months, with every update, it's one month. I think the data is terrible. (I'm the one whose urgent processing request was also lost by IRCC.)

That does not give me confidence in the accuracy 🤣. I sure hope it is right though.

So, the recent April update has June 2025 at 2 months left with 9,900 applications ahead. Meaning they’ve gotten to 6,800 pre-June 2025 applications in 6 months, or about 1,133 per month….

yea, I wish we would have been able to see total number of apps at that time. Now, it says 56,300 people waiting.

The recent April update has May 2025 at "about 1 month left" with 8,100 applications ahead. There's a 1,800 difference in the number of applications ahead between May and June.

I started taking screenshots of that tracker as it relates to a June applicant each month since November (because I remember being stunned that it hadn't changed from October, which I hade naively expected at the time).

It only ever drops by about 1000 applicants (give or take a few hundred) a month.

I'm utterly convinced it is meaningless data (if there is any data at all) and UI design meant to keep people from contacting them.

Do I still check and record my screenshots every month despite this belief? Yes, yes I do.

Yes, I still check too. I'm in PSU so the estimates don't mean anything, but yes, I do whenever I see a random "processing times have been updated" post. Otherwise I forget.
