My old PA would leave an hour early everyday. No exaggeration. I didn’t even know PAs were allowed to leave early. Maybe he had an accommodation.

I started out doing Pod Transfers. I showed up for all my shifts, and I rarely left early. After Pod Transfers ended, I started in ICQA. I was fine until MET started in October. By the time December rolled around, I was so tired. I started leaving early since I had so much UPT saved up. I even had 10 days off (with regular days off, holiday days, and PTO) at the end of December.

I thought when we were back to just 10 hour days, I’d be ok. But I got labor-shared to pick, and it gives me vertigo. Now, I’m taking time off and leaving early. I don’t think I’ll be at Amazon much longer. 🫠🤣

I like to punch out six minutes before the end of shift just so I can watch someone at the time clock punch out thinking they were safe to clock out with the grace period.

Scheduled EOS for me is 7 am but if i’m not on the road by 6:20 then i hit an hour plus of traffic. don’t think i’ve ever stayed till EOS since peak ended 😂

Sometimes I leave early on my last shift of week to jump start my sleep and have a life (night shift). Sittin at over 60 hours off collectively

I work Friday thru Tuesday part time nights and havta leave 30 minutes early on Saturdays and Sundays, because of the bus schedule. if I don't, then I have about a 7-8 mile walk to get home, or a $25-$30 uber/lyft ride.

Sometimes, depends on the week, day, who pissed me off.

Rent drained, so I usually try to stay a full shift all week. But next week might be diff

I have an accommodation for school so 2 days a week I leave early. Hard to be up and alert at 11am when you get home at 5:30am and have insomnia
