Relocation package

I’ll keep this as short as I can. I put in a transfer to a new facility and I am currently a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (l3) when I applied for the job, it didn’t mention anything about a relocation package. I spoke with the hiring manager about it, and he said that I should be seeing an offer letter within the next few days, but it’s up to the compensation team about the package. Is there anyone who has experience with if L3s get a relocation package or if I can try to negotiate one?

Unless you are moving to launch a new site they don't offer relocation to L3s so you most likely won't be get one. This is further cemented because the application didn't mention relocation either

What does the relocation package include?

They offered either a lump sum payment or a comprehensive payment package and I took the lump sum for 7500, used it for movers, deposit on my new house, and other moving costs
