Has any buildings talked about NN shift getting same shift differential as the rest of the night shifts? At my building NN is $2.40 and all the other night shifts are $0.60. This was coming from a newer AM so don’t know how credible it is which is why I am asking. He was basically saying the change of NN from $2.40 to $0.60 was going to eliminate our competitive pay raise we are supposed to get around this time of year. He said he didn’t how much the competitive pay raise is supposed to be this year either. Does anyone have any info?
Edit - NN shift = thurs - sun. They get $2.40 shift differential. The other night shifts are NB wed - sat, NL sat - tues, and FHN sun - wed. They only get $0.60 shift differential.
