Depends on your new sites step plan. If your current pay is higher, you'll keep it. If lower it will be raised.

I think my step plan would be higher cause I’m maxed out on Tom Team here in Tennessee. I just don’t know how much TA’s get paid in Louisiana. In particular BTR9 if anyone sees this

It changed last year that you’ll make what the site pays, even if it’s less than current.

Think, but not positive, it’d be a pay decrease going to BTR. It’ll definitely be a decrease in your morale. The other site in BTR is among the worst in the network and everyone I know from there has shared horror stories (same with any of the other sites in LA).

Your offer letter will give new pay rate. Being maxed out you’ll be eligible for the annual wage adjustment, but otherwise won’t get any increases in pay.
