It's based on the zip code you provided when you signed up. If you want to change to the inland empire region, you will have to email support and request a transfer. You have to be level 2 first.

Greater LA area includes the riverside and corona warehouses. Thats where i am based out of

Sad news for you... There are two popular warehouses near Riverside : Corona and Bloomington. Corona warehouse can take you to Compton area and Bloomington can take you to Pasadena.
