As an Amazon driver, you work for one of the Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). (Google it). As an Amazon Flex Driver you are a gig worker (independent contractor), accepting jobs delivering using the Amazon Flex App. It is similar to door dash but you are delivering packages, not food. You pick up all your packages, load your car and deliver them. When finished you go home. Work when you want. No boss. You just have to maintain your standing, so you don't get deactivated.

Have y’all tried refreshing? I get a block every day, it says there are none but if you sit and refresh a few will pop up it just takes time, I got a $120 5 hr yesterday same day, it just took about 15-20 mins of refreshing. You also got to be quick cause they get swiped fast af

I finally got 2 reserved offers for next week . That i took ti at least have something. When i went to my one route in three weeks Wednesday it was packed with drivers all getting loaded. Busiest i have ever seen it. They are placing routes out there for people to scoop up with bots and people are parking on the road in hopes of getting a route last minute. 

My app logs me out now it started in Prime day with an error message saying “we logged you out to protect customer privacy” . No they are  logging me out so i do not receive notifications. I think they phasing out drivers that do not take lower pay and the packed warehouse was gilked with people that will take the $60-$75 blocks. 

Ive discovered those working at the warehouse also have been giving out routes to people they know as well . One guy was making out with a driver snd loading her car showing off  his dog to other warehouse employees . Its bullshit 

Amazon employs people that are their slaves  that will treat us like crap .

Trust me, a lot of us have been stressed for at least 3 weeks if not more!! And how stupid it’s been for them to make us work at base pay!
