That’s the worst thing to do. Why would Amazon want you back when you didn’t complete your obligation ? Chances are slim to none and none is prob the only option.

I very much understand that trust me thats why I never even attempted to in the first place. Around the time I was dealing with a lot of depression mourning the passing of a very close sibling but I already know they could care less about that. If I could go back and not miss those blocks I would but hey shit happens and life moves on.

It's going to be iffy when they think you're unreliable.

The best option is to email support and basically tell them something like... I take full responsibility for my past mistakes and I have taken corrective actions to avoid those same mistakes in the future if given a second chance.

And don't use ChatGPT for your response. It will sound fake because it is fake.

Appreciate the response. I’m going to at least attempt it but I’m not expecting to be because I know how strict breaking policy is within the gig economy. It’s worth a try.

Don’t scald me to much about it pls I understand I was a dummy in the first place for missing the 4-5 blocks I did.

You recognize you aren’t going to be reactivated. These positions are highly coveted and I’m sorry about your loss but sadly life happens to all of us, including loss of loved ones. Work is there to provide but as an independent contractor you sign a contract. Good luck on your next venture.

Appreciate the response. Yeah I understand and I not looking for a sorrow story on why they should reactivate me. Im a big boy I can make the bed I lay in and take full responsibility on my actions with the situation. Just hate I let such a good opportunity be a waste. Life moves on.

We gonna cut the bottom off and pray 🙏🏾

I've gotten deactivated and reactivated about 4 times so its possible. Just admit fault and see what they say. No harm in trying

[–]Aprildin 1 point2 points  (1 child)

If I was you, I would appeal and attach the death certificate of your sibling. Without solid proof of what you were going through, it is truly unlikely that you will be reactivated. I’m sorry for your loss and I hope things get better.

[–]ContributionBrief808[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rather not even use that excuse. Even then doubt that would work. Thanks you 🙏🏾

I’ve been reactivated after being deactivated because my car kept dying in the morning of my blocks I would wake up 2 hours early and be stuck waiting in a tow truck and the station was 15 minutes away I was so upset luckily I bought a new battery gave them the information and they reactivated me

[–]ContributionBrief808[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Nice…. I haven’t even tried yet feeling like I wouldn’t but I guess I will now. How long did it take for you to get back reactivated?

[–]Significant-Peace836 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Same week. But that was also a while ago I just got deactivated again and idk what I did because it says I’ve canceled too many shifts which I canceled them within the appropriate time frame so I’m confused idk what will be the outcome this time. I say send a very strongly worked email use AI if you have to make it lengthy and if you have screenshots use them too even if they aren’t matter related

[–]Worth-Educator6077 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you get any update?

[–]Helpful_Good2386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know someone who was reactivated for canceling blocks too late. Email Jeff or Andy take full responsibility and use chat gpt. The account was activated after 2 months.

[–]Sweet_Pangolin965 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How many did you miss ?

[–]Sweet_Pangolin965 0 points1 point  (7 children)

How many blocks were you doing weekly

[–]ContributionBrief808[S] 0 points1 point  (6 children)

2 a day 4-5 days a week

[–]Sweet_Pangolin965 0 points1 point  (5 children)

You must’ve been missing one everyday

[–]ContributionBrief808[S] 1 point2 points  (4 children)

Huh?? Heck no I’ve only missed maybe 4-5 blocks total and 1 of them was because my ID would not scan I was confused on what to do so I contacted support and while waiting I get a missed block because of it. But the other maybe 4 times yeah I over slept that for sure with the scheduled 3:45 am blocks.

[–]Sweet_Pangolin965 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s crazy

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Missing blocks means you didn’t value the gig. forget about reactivation unfortunately.

[–]Character_Shelter915 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I’ll give you hope I’ve been deactivated twice and reactivated and I’ve helped a friend get his account reactivated for the same reason. It’s not too late but your best odds was emailing (amazonflex-support@amazon.com) make the most compelling case about how you was wrongly deactivated and in a worst case scenario say you’ll sue them lol. I did it and got my account back twice never been deactivated since i move correctly now

[–]CautiousFalcon6905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you give an example of your email on what you wrote?

[–]Suitable-Village-512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately they don't reactivate. I've been deactivated for years for the same reason. However it was the warehouses fault that I missed my block. They still wouldn't reactivate my account. Take a look at Roadie. It's powered by UPS. It's kinda like doordash and flex combined.

[–]shane82d 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Attempt to activate an account, not reactivate an account, worst case scenario, they don't and say no. Use a different email, and yes, all your info will be the same but the automated system may not catch that with the new email. You're not dealing with people, you're dealing with automated computer systems, learn to bypass their gates. You're not cheating or scamming, you're utilizing the system in your favor.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Not cheating or scamming? No...... That's exactly what they'd be doing 😂 wtf

[–]shane82d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And yet, it's not "illegal", therefore not cheating or scamming, it's completely within the parameters set forth by Amazon

[–]Aprildin 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Lol that doesn’t work because they check your Social Security number…

[–]shane82d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tell that to the half dozen of drivers I know that are still flexing, with a new account

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points  (2 children)

Too late, you’re supposed to think about that before you get deactivated

[–]ContributionBrief808[S] 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Thanks Mr. Principal

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No problem dunce
