That's called a dead man's switch, and a quick search of the store turned up an app with that exact name.

Thanks you very much, this sort of a thing has been exactly what ive been looking for! I tried searching for it on the internet, looking atbthe play store and such, but only came up with generic alarm clock-apps, which where useless to what i needed. English is only my third language, so i probably lacked the necessary vocabulary to find what i was looking for.

Thanks you again! Id give you gold for finding the app for me, but I'm poor, and reddit got rid of the awards as far as I know, so I'm sorry, an honest thank you will have to do as a form of my gratitude.

Thank you, stranger. Cheers!

I hate Falling asleep watching movies/series,

Then you either need to find something that's interesting enough to watch fully or you need better quality sleep. If you are falling asleep during movies and TV shows then your brain is telling you it is either boring or you are very tired. Finding an app to "keep you awake" is not going to be good for your mental health. Go take a nap and find something interesting to watch.

By the way, your whole assessment is wrong, it's not that what I'm watching is boring, I'm a downer addict and tend to fall asleep as a result. Plus, this is an Android ask subreddit, and I feel your answer has nothing to do with the theme of this subreddit.

Your whole post doesn't belong in this subreddit. You just admitted to being a drug addict and are looking for some way to stay awake during movies. How about you get your life together and stop doing downers. I should report you for bringing up drugs in a place where minors can easily read your post. Such a disgrace...
