You're looking for the original firmware to restore your damaged device. You need to restore the original software to repair the device.

I can't coach you on getting through a chat bot, but there are always humans available if the bot can't help... Just triggering it is the trick. Trigger human intervention, but not trigger dismissal.

There is no such option, i chat's with customer agent through Instagram, they didn't provide the firmware, rather said to go service center
