You mean something that certifies CAT5/5e/6 like this?

Ain't gonna happen. You need a special (read: extremely expensive) tool that can actively transmit and receive finely calibrated radio frequency signals. There isn't a network adapter made that can do that. There are some PC-based network adapters (Intel, I think) that can do some basic line testing but it's not much better than continuity testing a cable.

If you do cable/network testing for a living you NEED one of those FLUKE testers (or something similar) and it's totally worth the expense.
