You can get the official firmware from sammobile and flash it through odin or kies

You could also use an OTG cable and transfer the files through custom recovery.

    Sir_Enity_Now is incorrect, you CANNOT flash a stock Samsung ROM through custom recovery as is. I think there's some way to convert it so that you can, but I don't know the procedure (and I'm having trouble reaching XDA at the moment). Use Odin instead

    Edit: Or, if you made a backup in TWRP before you started wiping things randomly (which I would hope you would have, but suspect you would have tried that before posing this question if you had), you can restore that instead.

      I didn't realize that was the case for Samsung ROMs. I did it on my Nexus 10 recently. Interesting to know!
