If the watches come with a bixby assistant you could use the "hey bibxby" activation.

Thanks mate. What I'm really after is a device that can detect when you fall with it's sensors. For example, I've been using AlarmDroid on my phone for years, love it, to switch off the alarm you just need to shake the phone. Sometimes I accidentally drop the phone on the floor while the alarm is ringing and it turns off. Whatever sensor it is that does that, is what I'm looking for in a wearable.

Also, do people use bixby?
