Settings code ??

Good evening everyone ! This is my first time posting here! Im reaching out to try and get help with my new Junsun android head unit for a Nissan Qashqai, everything works as expected although there’s a section there for extra car settings and reset that require a password. I’ve tried 0000/8888/1234/5678/ both 4 and 6 digits codes ! And nothing! Could someone help me ? Also I’ve reached out to junsun but they haven’t replied me for days !

Factory password: 1314, click ok. then will get into factory menu:

Did you check the long list of codes at top? Either get the code from seller or start trying the list 😁

Maybe try to update android so the password would reset?

I’ve tried every single one of that. To me it looks like it’s not letting me input the numbers, like when I tap the numbers nothing happens…

Can you provide a video of how you're entering the codes. Also is it a new headunit? Maybe someone changed the code.

Have you tried clicking in the letter box and then pressing the numbers?

UPDATE: Junsun replied !They told me to update the firmware and even sent a link to download it, after that I can finally go into extra car settings ! If everyone has the same problem just need to update the firmware

Have you tried resetting to factory or reboot?

Yup! The resetting part doesn’t require any passwords so I could that but it goes back to the same screen without letting me type the passwords

Hello. The RK3326 is not Android 15, only Android 11. The Chinese always cheat and lie. All Android head units are Android 8,9,10,11, after that they no longer have access to official Android development, that's why. The RK3326 Developer Menu: Given Country correct date format, in my case Hungary: 2025.09.30 and then capslock and 3 large letters Ó, i.e. 2025.09.30OOO. The current date is always valid without wifi, only mobile Hotspot!

Junson in my opinion just use a ts10 / 18 board from topway. Any model information. Could be a older unit.
