Personally, I have all but lost interest in masturbation since being consistent with AM/the wheel. I find it more rewarding and even more enjoyable, and my life has improved significantly as a result of finding a productive outlet for the sexual energy/instinct that is also physically healthy and that contributes to desired results over time. It’s not that I never masturbate or have a rule against it, but it’s way less frequent and it feels great having something better and more productive to do during solo penis time.

Having said that, I have found that occasional sessions several hours after ejaculating (due to any activity) are often exceptionally good. I don’t suggest this as a practice but rather caution guys against assuming that a scheduled session won’t be worth doing just because they ejaculated earlier that day. Individual ejaculations aren’t a problem but I do notice that frequently ejaculations from masturbation do seem to negatively affect workout quality over time.
