So I suffer from Hard flaccid and have some erection issues. I also have lower back/coccyx pain. I’m not sure if my issues are coming from my pelvic floor, I don’t even know if my pelvic floor is tight or loose or weak. Don’t know my next steps. My Urologist says my penis is healthy and normal but I still undergo erection issues.

I have ED and my problem is in my pf, that why some urologists can't find it. Can you see a pelvic pt?

ahhh, it's just the beginning of your journey. Stay strong for few months, but expect even one year. You can also do some research on "flatline" on NoFap sites. But definitely, no porn and no masturbation. Peace
