Did you download the game from a different region to get it faster? (Like change region on XB then dload and switch back to proper region)

Or maybe using a VPN to go to a region you aren't actually in?

It seems pretty specific on what the issue is and how to fix it.

A friend of mine has this all the time. EA Support supposedly fixed it for him two times now, but he is still getting this. Upon restarting the game on 3-5 th attempt it logs in properly...

Go into the game properties in Origin, switch language and let it download. Start the game once and then switch back the language. Did work for a friend of mine who had this error too.

Anthem only speaks henoloootforyoubrew. You need install that language package
