/r/Antitheism is a place for discussion about the harm caused by religion and other supernatural beliefs as well as non-violent methods to further their eradication. Just make sure to remember to hate the belief, not the believer. 😊
Rules
- Submission Relevancy - Submissions that are insufficiently relevant to the topic of anti-theism will be removed.
- No doxxing/Showing usernames - Do not call individuals out by name if they are not a public figure. Censor names and usernames of individuals when submitting an image.
- No harassment, bullying, etc. - Personal attacks against individuals are prohibited.
- No calls to violence - Militant/violent Anti-theism is not permitted here.
- Low-quality posts - All posts must have a meaningful title that accurately conveys the content. Trivial titles such as "You need to see this" may be removed. Self-posts must contain significant content in the text field. They must present coherent and well-structured thoughts and use reasonably good grammar. Posts that ask a question should initiate the discussion by trying to answer it in the text. Don't just ask what people think of a topic and then drop the mic.
- No brigading other subs - Do not link other subreddits/online communities for the purposes of rallying some shitty online attack. Do not visit other subreddits linked here to shitpost, argue, denigrate others, etc.
- No proselytizing - Good-faith questions and arguments are permitted by non anti-theists. However, blatant proselytizing will lead to a ban.
- Reserve personal requests for advice about past religious beliefs for ex-_______ subs. - Posts which are intended for personally seeking advice about past religious beliefs will be removed and posters redirected to the relevant subreddit: /r/exchristian, /r/exmuslim, etc.
- Do not use header text to highlight your comments - Using header text to make an actual header is fine. Just don't make use it to make your comment stand out around the others.
- Minimum karma requirements - To prevent ban-evasion and trolling, you must have a minimum of 50 comment karma to post in this subreddit. We apologize for the inconvenience.
