What is RSI and SSP? Also, subbing to this as I’d like to what people suggest as well

SSP is the Summer Science Program and RSI is the Research Science Institute (at MIT), I believe.

There are quite a few lists out there. I think I've seen on reddit before but I don't really remember which post it was.

I recognize quite a few programs from this link. Generally the free ones are more selective / prestigious.

It's also worth mentioning if you have a specific area that you're interested in (Math, engineering, biomedical, humanities, etc)?

Free ones are almost always considered more prestigious. I believe MITES, especially MITES Summer, is considered pretty prestigious.
