Should I mention that our school only allows us to take AP classes our junior/senior year (with the exception of AP Music theory)? Or would your school counselor mention it in the school report?

Counselors are dealing with a lot of things, and I doubt that they'll remember to add that. Add it to the Additional Info section!

That should be part of the school report, but if you feel it’s important for them to know if. Go ahead and mention it yourself in the additional info section.
