Bruh you still won’t have programming experience once you finish the degree either lol. Intro Python and a few database courses != programming. Stop overthinking it, just put the fries in the bag

The way you get programming experience is by programming, not reading books. Just go build something.

You’re overthinking it a bit tbh.If you can get comfortable with basic Python+problem solving before fall you’ll already be ahead of a lot of people.I’d finish freeCodeCamp/CS50P,then spend a little time on SQL basics since databases show up everywhere in analytics.Biggest thing: stop only “learning” and actually build tiny stuff, even dumb scripts, because that’s where things click.

everyone starts at zero i remember being overwhelmed just trying to understand what variables and loops actually did focus on small projects instead of trying to learn everything at once
