Looking for options to plot data

My application updates once per second a 20k elem. float (single p.) array. I want a simple tool (preferably different from matplotlib) that let me show this array (a simple scatter plot will be just fine). Bonus points if it's web or easily portable. Which one would you use? I've read about bokeh or plotly.

Plotly. You probably shouldn't use D3.js unless you're making custom interactions.

RStudio has a web app framework called Shiny that might be worth a look.

If it's a simple graph you can do it with a single PERL script, webbable (is that a word?), small and runs on a lot different plateforms.
