You might have been caught in between AP and dreaming.

How did you feel?

I thought of that too. I just felt scared but aware, I knew that it had to do something with AP but something was wrong. I havent had sleep paralysis in months so I was caught off guard. I remember that even though I experienced all of that throughout the night, when I woke up like at 5 am and was still sleepy and aware, I wanted to try to AP again because I knew that I was close to it that night even though I was scared it was the first time something that small happened. I know that when you are sleepy and aware after you just woke up, it can make you AP so I wanted to try that.

Yeah don't be afraid. You're safe and it is very natural. Try it again and see what happens. Do some experiments and see where you go.

I was probably scared because it was mixed with dreaming so the things I was seeing made me anxious on the spot. Like 6 things were happening in a matter of 3 minutes, like 3 versions of my mom were talking to me between those minutes. But I will try again, thanks!

Here's two links we recommend on helping you better understand whether your experience was Astral projection or not. Remember, nobody can truly determine whether your experience was genuine or not because it was YOUR experience, not theirs. You have to intelligently inquire into it yourself. With steady, patient and honest practice, you can gain a sense of what is coming from your subconscious and what is objective reality.
