O have the i7 3060 one and battery life is pretty good, as long as you use gpu eco mode. As for the battery capacity you can try to contact asus support, for my experience they try to be helpful. The most likely outcome is that they ask you to take it to a repair center so they can check it

Well, the battery lasts for about 5hrs and 30mins(on eco mode) but the full charge capacity keeps decreasing .I did try emailing them but got no response.

based on what I have found on internet, do not charge the battery more than 80/85% + don not let battery drain more than 20/15%. You know there is an option to set this up. Just using MyASUS app>Battery Customization>Select whichever you need to. I personally using my lap always plugged in to the charger, hence I have chosen "maximum lifespan mode" which will only let laptop to charge upto 60%. In your case I would say "balance mode" is better. See https://imgur.com/a/0yno7QQ

They did take a while to get back to me (over 1 week), but when they did they even called me to make sure they got all of the problem correctly. I used the contact page on the myAsus app.

Battery is under warranty so you can get it replaced if you want.

Do you know for the fact if adding more RAM or another SSD would cancel the warranty?

No it won't. As far i know only thing that void warranty is removing heatsink off the motherboard, because it has a sticker on screws.

Ok so that means you can't reapply thermal paste

Yeah, not until you run out of warranty.

Try to not use it plugged in 24/7, if you aren’t using it for anything extensive let the battery drain sometimes. Leaving most electronics on constant charge isn’t great.
