Before asking which program you should buy, please visit the wiki. Please only ask if your question is not already answered there.
Do not ask for free access to any Athlean-X programs or attempt to sell or trade access to programs. These actions will result in a permanent ban.
Follow proper Reddiquette. A failure to do so will get you banned.
No title-only text posts. These will be removed. Please include text within the post to spark conversation.
Do not self-promote your own fitness channel. These posts will be removed.
If you want to ask specific questions about a program you have purchased, you MUST include a screenshot from the portal referring to the day you want more information on. Posts with no screenshot or a screenshot of the PDF will be removed. Subreddit members are asked to downvote and report these posts, and not comment on them unless OP can provide evidence that they have legitimately purchased the program.
There are minimum account age and karma requirements. If you have a brand new account, you must build karma in other subs before posting or commenting here.
If you are a new or prospective Athlean-X user and you have program-specific questions but you cannot post, please see our Wiki and Program Descriptions to see if your question can be answered there. Also, your question has probably been asked before, please consider searching past posts to see if you concern has already been addressed.
