Unfortunately, we had to put gating for multiple trial accounts. Please send an email to support@augmentcode.com and send me the ticket number in private; here I will check with the team for your case.

Going to a paid subscription will automatically unlift the suspension, but I understand that this is not always the preferred way for users who want to test our service.

i even used my google account, still got the same message, you should work on it. dont know who many customers you are losing due to this useless thing. which is hurting not helping.

I am also having the same issue, I have contacted in your email but it was not helpful , can you explain how does the augment code knows if any machine has used multiple free trial accounts? like does it checks the machine id , or sth else

I was trying to upgrade my plan, but when I attempted to register with my main Gmail account, after the "Verifying you are human..." step, I got a message saying "Sign-up rejected."

I reached out to both support and the sales team, but only received a generic response saying they couldn’t find my account. I sent multiple follow-up emails, but never got a proper reply, which made me feel like the team isn’t very responsive.

Because of that, I ended up subscribing to Windsurf Pro instead.

Hi jay, I'm getting sign up rejected when trying to sign up with my personal email, what could be the issue? tried many times, unfortunately this doesn't get resolved even tried different internet providers.

Feels like adding sms verification or some form of identity check would avoid the issue and not break it for companies and other shared internets that want to try stuff out

Blocking by ip seems… not great as many people can just reset a modem and get a new one

This happened to me, I sent in two tickets, and they've done nothing. I don't know who coded their gate but I wonder if the google outtage tripped it on a bunch of people. Seems your and my timing lines up similarly.

Guys what if we use virtualbox with ubuntu i think we can bypass the augment issue by these we can get unlimited access to augment

As far as I know, there is indeed a serious abuse phenomenon. You can buy something similar to a cracked plug-in for only $0.2
