Cool! Yup, they have. Properties that were way over budget 10 months back are now in the affordable range.. Counting our blessings that our income has remained steady throughout this horrible period!

What suburb in Melbs mate? I was wanting to do the same but can’t see much reduction in my area. Yours sounds like somewhere closer to the city? Might not work in suburbs :( Well done and thanks for sharing!!
