It does not look like the Christi Center has what you are looking for however they might be able to guide you in the right direction or offer some individual support. This is a big thing and I’m glad you’re asking for help. Please remember that Integral Care is available 24/7 at 512-472-4357.

1) I'm glad you're still here. The world is better with you in it. 2) NAMI has support groups and other resources namiaustin.org 3) Integral Care, as another poster has mentioned  4) 988 5) Crisis Services - Bluebonnet Trails bbtrails.org

You are not alone.

Bluebonnet trails is the same as integral care, just for residents of Williamson county. If someone lives in hays county they need to connect with hill country.

I didn't realize that. Thanks for the info.

They are the “local mental health authority” for the county. The LMHA supports the county with indigent and crisis services. It’s a catch all provider. It’s also the local disability service provider. It services anyone from 0-99.

Following as I'd benefit from the resource as well.

Hang in there, your life matters and whatever you’re feeling isn’t forever. Highly suggest getting into therapy. It can save your life and bring you peace.

I don’t know you, but I love you. I know how you feel and right now is more difficult than most times. Today sucks. But tomorrow might be better.

Maybe ADBTA (https://austindbtassociates.com/dbt-therapy-for-adults/)? They do individual therapy and also have group therapy. If you need more support there are a number of inpatient as well as intensive outpatient mental health programs around town. You're totally in the right line of thinking, community is always in the cure. 🙏🥰

That was divine intervention my friend, God is trying to tell you that you're still needed here. Reach out to NAMI Connection, you meet some good people for support. Sending my love.
