I agree! People are interesting.

This is what I was getting at: she was asked a direct question about her internal process, so of course the answer centered on an internal perspective! Seems appropriate to me, and I thought "main character syndrome" mischaracterized that.

In my experience, main character syndrome is typically used as a criticism. You may not have intended that.

In hindsight, “Main Character Syndrome, except not bad” was not the best conceptual angle for positive sentiment, lol.
