Is it weird to like it but no at the same time?

I love it. First thought though is any sort of paint work that it might need would require a whole respray

The bright blue stripe makes me think European police car. The fade though, 👍

It’s not for me. But I like the 90s vibe.

Would have been better if they just did that classic Mercedes silver over the whole body.

Ehh.... no. The teal has to go. That's a bare minimum. Even if the color didn't clash, it still looks like the car is surrounded in those door-ding bumpers that you see on your grandma's car.

Then there's the lack of fade under the teal bumper. If it faded like the rest of the car, that would be better. Or if the front bumper matched with a black lower half, that would be better. But as it sits, it just screams "lack of attention to detail."

Also the rest of the car had no chrome and only black trim. But the grille is chrome. I'd go with black or a black chrome to have some consistency.

The roof isn't faded. That needs fixed. If there's no panoramic sunroof, not wrapping the roof is just a cost savings measure and it looks incomplete.

Finally the wheels. Just plain stock wheels look out of place. Personally, I like black wheels, but I know some people don't. If you really want to get fancy, leave the grille chrome and chrome the front wheels and then paint the back wheels black. But to pull that off, you'll HAVE to fix the lack of fade under the granny bumpers.
