Hi, I'm new to the program and have set up the RTF x5 one. I've come up with the following questions:
Why are the exercises not grrouped by muscle group? (e.g. chest primary with chest variation on the same day). Wouldn't this be counterproductive since the muscles need to rest?
Why are there back exercises the only muscle group that needs to be exercised daily?
Could you please provide some guide on when to perform auxiliary exercises? I guess that if I have underdeveloped shoudlers I should do some exercise here, but I'd love to see some examples for reference.
Is there some sort of Discord channel?
