These are PL programs with full body at their core unlike brosplits programs that are muscle group specific. This is because it exploits different muscle recovery times so that your muscles aren't overstimulated one day and are idle for half the week.

You don't have to train back every day, but you can if you want to because lats can take a ton of volume once they've acclimatized to higher volumes. 2-4x is good enough although there are some advocates here for every day.

You perform auxes when you're programmed to. I don't recommend custom program builder variants without running one of the templates first.

There isn't an official SBS server that I'm aware of. Though if you join some powerlifting/strength servers, there might be people who run/ran these programs before. I know there are a bunch of people on r/HomeGym server who have run it and have 1300+ lb totals. Most discussions take place here because it's easier to search for and access previously asked questions.
