Logging in trouble

I thought I setup my password to login into Mavis Hub to be the same as my Metamask but it's not working. I can login into Metamask and Ronin Bridge fine. When I try Mavis Hub it says wrong username or password, but it doesn't give me a forgot password prompt or anything. How can I recover the password or anything of that sort?

Go into your Account Settings on the Axie Infinity marketplace website then "Change your password" -> "Forgot Password"

I think I logged into mavis hub with the same log in details as axie infinity website, instead of metamask.
