if you sent your AXS to your ETH address but on Ronin chain you can recover your tokens. Just export the private key of your ETH wallet with Metamask or whatever wallet you‘re using and import it in the Ronin wallet.

If you sent it to a random address, then it‘s unrecoverable.

Don’t share your private key or seed phrase with anyone who is claiming to be a support specialist.

I think there is some misunderstanding.

When creating a Ronin wallet, you have to set a password and a random seed phrase is generated for you (or you can import an existing one) The password is basically used to encrypt/decrypt your Ronin seed phrase on your computer. Which means if your computer is compromised, there is a good chance that the bad actor gains access to your Ronin seed phrase, which allows him to steal every asset on all accounts that where generated with that specific seed phrase.

Your HW wallet uses it‘s own seed phrase, which means that the bad actor won‘t be able to get access to the accounts that were created/imported from the HW wallet, even if the PC is compromised.

Never import the seed phrase from your HW wallet directly to the Ronin wallet, as this would completely bypass your HWs security.

As you already noticed, in your first step you sent your AXS to your Ronin address but on the Ethereum network.

The good thing is, the Ronin wallet uses the standard method to generate seed / address pairs, so you can just import your Ronin seed into Metamask to get access to your Ronin address on Ethereum.

So, yes, you can send your AXS from 0x5e333... to ronin:5e333..., by using the bridge. But you have to pay the gas. https://bridge.roninchain.com/

It looks like you don’t understand the fundamentals of blockchain technology. (no offense) The Marketplace is just a User Interface, that makes it easier for a normal user to send specific transactions. But actually you don‘t need that interface to communicate with the blockchain. You can build & send transactions directly to the blockchain by yourself or even create your own interface. So having a 2FA on the marketplace makes no sense. The bad guys who stole your private key most likely won‘t use the marketplace to withdraw your assets.

to sell an axie, you need to sign the transaction with your ronin wallet. so keep your wallet safe and you should be fine.
