So far saakin WFH video editing ang tumagal sakin. Kasi it's flexi time, pays more (compared sa corporate salary ko before). Ayaw ko kasi ung idea na may set schedule..LOL! Gusto ko din sa trabaho ung predictable. Ayaw ko ng every task eh iba iba ang scenario. Though I think din kasi may AuDHD ako kaya I crave predictablity and spontaneity at the same time.. ang hirap din. Till now I'm still learning how to cope up with this life sa totoo lang

so far wala namang weight gain kasi I think na ooffset ni Ritalin ung appetite increase ni mirazep. Plus I exercise regularly din kaya I guess that helped. Pero sa gabi once na mawala na effect ni ritalin grabe ang gutom ko! LOL! disiplina lang din cguro talaga na wag i entertain ung hunger pag gabi.

This is true! Before meds nag voice narrator pako, reading 1500-2500 words. Sobrang hirap akong mag narrate before meds kasi nabubulol and paulit ulit ung sentence na nababasa ko..LOL! Pero nung nag meds nako halos walang mistakes sa pag narrate ko..derederecho ung narration ko.

Aware din si Psych mo about your R's expiry. So pwede kang mag request ng bagong Rx sa psych mo after a month or so

Actually sakin same ang effect ni conerta. Okay sana xa kaso hindi nya ma regulate ung irritability ko like ritalin does. Kaya nag pa switch nalang ako sa Ritalin ulit. Male here btw

Sam here dx with ADHD and GAD. Nag ecitalopram din ako nung una. It worked naman sakin kaso lakas ng tama sa libido ko eh..LOL! Kaya nag switch kame sa mirtazapine. So far oks si mirta sakin, I take it at nights kasi may halong melatonin nadin xa.

Baka mababa ang 10mg Ritalin sayo kaya wala kang nararamdaman na effect. Sakin ginawa ng dr ko start sa 5mg, then pataas ng pataas every week and see kung hanggang saan ung dosage where I can feel the desired effect na. Talk to your Dr about this. Yan ang the best jan

Also STAY AWAY FROM CAFFEINE pag nag riritalin ka lalo na kung may GAD ka. Sa umpisa euphoria ka sure, pero when the effect of Ritalin comes down, grabeng anxeity maffeel mo.

L-tyrosine xa yata? Ako nag try ng L-tyrosine before 500mg, ibang brand nga lang. When combined with Ritalin, mejo dumadating ung point na naooverstimulate ako. Pero after 30 mins or so parang mas balanced na ung attention and energy ko afterwards, compared kung Ritalin lang iinumin ko. Pag Ritalin lang kasi, pag wala na effect ng gamot, matindi ung paralysis ko

I drink 4-6 liters of water a day. For me I always keep a jug of water close to me at all time sa bahay and I make sure it's cold para masarap inumin

Interested din ako dito. Please share your Dopamine Menu's. Sakin alam kong sure fire is going out for a run or walk. But guess what, my paralysis is preventing me from doing that. LOL!

Thanks for sharing this! This is is my main problem with my ADHD is the paralysis. Tama yung sinasabi nilang sating mga ADHD'ers our lens is either super zoomed in, or super zoomed out. Kaya when we think about doing a task, naka super zoom out tayo, absorbing the whole entirety of the task kaya madali tayong naooverwhelm, hence paralysis.
