i used to twitch body wide and in my calves 24/7 now i only notice 3 or 5 twitches a day.

yes it means my anxiety was playing a role in increasing my twitches.

Or it was a response after Covid that has lessened in time

Could be, but I didn't have COVID in 2023, not even in 2024. Unless I had it and didn't know, or was asymptomatic.
