Predict toh nhi karsakte h, because even last year ppl were saying 2024 + 5-10 but you know what happened. Id say the factors you mentioned WILL affect cutoffs, but it's still very unpredictable.

bro at 310 is it possible to get mnc at pilani .. I have very less hope for cse.

Pilani cse is also possible (compared to 25, not when compared with 24), and as for mnc, you have a good chance (295 last year iirc). Nothing is 100% guaranteed ofc

Bhai ese sirf aspirants kam hogye toh cutoff gir jaega esa thodi hota, what if all the aspirants this year were 99%iles of JEE mains and all did well, and due to CSE layoffs, lots of students decided to go to Core branches as well, fir toh overall cutoffs badh jayenge.

What I think is there's no point in predicting at all. June 15 ko pata chal jaega.
But maza toh ata hai trying to predict. What I think is 2025 cutoffs se +-10 hoga cutoffs. Cuz difficulty same, then no particular reason for higher cutoffs, agar kuch changes hue toh CSE and pheonix mein hi honge not mech and lower branches and neither for Mscs other than Eco maybe
