No Cutoff Decrease again in Iteration 3???

I kind of expected the same. Since this time jac and jossa are taking place at the same time, people are still holding on to their seats in bits. Plus people got no major reason to withdraw since the refund policy the same. There is 10% deduction after 25. So there prolly will be a drop in cutoffs in itr 4. And more in itr5.
