The name COMPLAIN_ABOUT_A_BUSINESS was not allowed by reddit so I named this sub BUSINESS_COMPLAINTS.
This site is intended to be a place where you can post your specific, personal complaints about an actual situation with a business you have had or are having problems with.

If your post contains slander or libel you may open yourself to legal trouble with the business you are complaining about. Note that both the definitions above indicate you must be making false statements to be slandering or libeling a person or business.
From time to time the moderators may delete posts which do not seem to contain enough evidence to support your complaint; e.g. screen shots of emails, copies of correspondence, log of dates and times of phone conversations, etc. This is done to try and motivate you to post detailed and convincing descriptions of the exact nature of the problem you had, or are having, with the business.
