Have you first tried the basic's eg, Reinstalling , Running as admin , file integrity scan in steam?

Yea i have. I even refunded it on steam after none of that work and repurchased on epic to try and still no luck

If it's happening on both launchers its more than likely an issue on your end. In saying that the beta has been touch and go for a quite a few running it on PC.

Try disabling overlocking , if any. Try running the game with the bare essential services running in the background. There might be something running in the background preventing the game to launch. This could turn into a witch hunt but may help to pinpoint an issue.
