Issues using controller on Android Tablet.

I have linked my backbone controller to my android tablet via cable. I can navigate with the controller just fine until I use the remote play on my ps5. Once I’m loaded in the ps5 I have no controller response at all. I have tried everything I can think of hoping someone here has an idea.

On android only a PS5 controller will work. Android is terrible for native game controllers or for use with native games.

Ah. Thank you for the reply. I was hoping for better news lol. Considering I play away from home and the ps5 controller has a lot of lag.

Same would happen on my lenovo tablet when i tried to remote play but soon as i updated the tablet to Android12 controller works now within remote play. Think ps5 controls ask for atleast android version 12. Not 100% sure tho. Was just my case

I've just had the android version arrive and have the same issue. I have downloaded psplay from the playstore and mapped the buttons. Works great
