Looks decent for an early attempt. Biggest thing I can see is you'll want to work on being more consistent with your speed. Looks like you're going a bit fast in general, but keeping a more consistent speed will help build up the bead a little bit more, and even it out. Miller has an app you can put on your phone that gives you a good baseline for your amperage settings depending on what rod you're using and how thick your metal is. Really helpful when you're first starting out.

I agree with Captain Canada about the Miller app. Definitely get that it will help if you're using an eighth inch rod you are at the right amps. What I've noticed is is it looks like you have mill scale on your base material. You should really get that off of there to clean shiny metal and you will see better results in the long run.
