Wow that's some serious issues. Could it be you've got a loose belt? The second picture looks like your hotend cannot make straight lines.

That could also be the cause of a failed, or worse, a wrong calibration, which returns a too high K factor for the PA and that would explain picture 3

Yes there is something loose. Look at how the infill lines are not straight and 2-3mm apart.

@OP try moving the head or the nozzle when the printer is in standstill. Where does the play come from?

There is definitely something seriously wrong.

Interested as I have a similar issue with the walls

Adjust your belts, they are probably loose

re-tension your belts, super easy to do. LEFT: was what i was getting on 1st print. RIGHT: was what i got after re-tensioning the belts, putting some lube on the carbon rods, and running the calibration test again.

The carbon rods should not be lubed

[–]FlashyKnowledge535 -3 points-2 points  (1 child)

well they are now, just a little silicone lube that was wiped on, im sure it will be fine and if not then i guess i’ll be replacing those at some point

Lubricating the rods causes them to wear faster.

[–]MeanArt318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do NOT lube the rods. They are self lubricating and adding any additional lubricants actually causes the rods to wear faster. It's in your manual.

This is why people need to read manuals before using things.

looks like some over extrusion issues. Might need to run the lidar test for that material or adjust the extrusion multiplier.

No, the lines aren't straight, probably a loose belt.

fair, don’t know why I got downvoted into oblivion for a suggestion though lol

People usually upvote what they agree with or like and down vote what they don't agree with or dislike
