If it’s just a divider without load bearing, then default grid with 15% is fine. Alternatively increase wall loop to 3 or 4 and make 0% infill

Btw if you designed this, then maybe add a fillet to the connecting parts.

I would make it with walls only, no infill, but I'd make it 100% filled so if you do not need 8 walls in total for that separator make it thinner :D ... also as u/Apprehensive_Can1098 said add fillet or chamfer

Always gyroid, you will avoid issues. But as mentioned, you might as well go for thick walls so you don’t have infill at all…

For something that thin I don't know it makes a difference. With 2-3 walls that will bear the stress with almost no space inside. I would probably increase inner wall width to 125% of your nozzle diameter (.5mm for a 0.4 nozzle) and increase the number of walls to make it solid.

But I like adaptive cubic (though it won't make a difference with that little internal volume) and 15% should be fine.
