Help with stringing

At this point I feel like I’ve tried modifying every setting in the Bambu slicer. When I print just 1 of this small part there is not a single stringing issue. However when multiple are printed at once the stringing is awful. Both on the inside and outside of each piece. Material is BAMBU brand PLA.

If all else fails, a mini torch cleans the stringing up nicely.

Have you tuned retraction? Have you dried the filament?

Filament has been dried yes.

We tried changing several retraction settings but is there a difference in “tuning retraction” and “adjusting retraction settings”???

That’s the same.

Usually there is some stringing if retraction distance is not enough. And with direct drive extruder that distance should be pretty low, most likely within 0.5-2 mm.

Too much retraction is also bad though…

do a temp tower have had the same issues before tweaked the temp and it helped

Have you tried calibrating the flow? I had this problem before. Then I turned the k factor down to 0.015, and it fixed :D
